Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of transportation services provided by LAX Town Car Services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

  1. General Information

    Services are provided by LAX Town Car Services. By placing a reservation through our website, by email, or by phone, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

  2. LAX International Arrivals

    We track your LAX flight and adjust for early or delayed arrivals. A driver will be scheduled to arrive at your stated scheduled landing time and will wait until you clear U.S. Customs, collect luggage, and are ready for pickup.

    International Arrivals Wait Time: additional $20.00 covers up to 2 hours of wait time from gate arrival; thereafter $20.00/hour applies.

    Typical customs processing ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours, but may take longer depending on airline, origin, and customs conditions.

    Meet & Greet (inside terminal): additional $20.00. If you cannot maintain phone contact upon arrival, Meet & Greet is required (international drivers cannot place international/Wi-Fi calls reliably inside the terminals).

  3. Flight Delays or Cancellations (Arrivals)

    We monitor arriving flights. For routine delays, we will dispatch a driver for your new arrival time at no extra charge when possible. For significant delays or cancellations that exceed our schedule capacity, we will work to re-accommodate you or issue a full refund.

    We do not monitor departing flights; standard cancellation terms apply to departures.

  4. Changes to Reservations

    Vehicle availability and pricing are not guaranteed for changed reservations; however, we will make every effort to accommodate changes. If we cannot, you may keep the original reservation or cancel it.

  5. Curbside Pickups

    Curbside is our standard airport pickup. Please power on your mobile phone upon landing. You’ll receive a text with instructions—reply to confirm. If you do not receive a text, call us at 800-790-6411.

    After collecting luggage, proceed to the outer curb marked “Passenger Pick-Up” and contact your driver. Due to LAX construction and traffic, it may take up to 30 minutes for your vehicle to reach the curb. Waiting at the designated area helps minimize delays.

    Grace Periods: No waiting charge if you meet the driver within 60 minutes (domestic) or 90 minutes (international) from gate arrival. After grace: $20 per 15 minutes (sedans) and $25 per 15 minutes (SUVs). Maximum wait: 2 hours. After 2 hours, the trip may be marked no-show. Extra waiting time can be prepaid when booking.

  6. Meet & Greet Service

    If selected, your driver meets you inside the terminal with a sign and assists with luggage. If LAX parking lots are closed and inside meeting is not possible, pickup will occur curbside and the Meet & Greet fee will be refunded. Fee: $20.00.

  7. Reservations & Payments

    Reservations must be confirmed in advance via website, email, or phone. Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and approved methods.

  8. Cancellations & Refunds

    24+ hours before pickup: no cancellation fee.

    Under 24 hours before pickup: considered late/last-minute; full fare may be charged.

    No-shows: non-refundable.

  9. Service Rules

    Drivers may refuse service to any passenger who is unsafe, disruptive, or under the influence. No eating, smoking, or vaping inside vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused during service.

  10. Detailing & Cleaning Fee

    If a spill, illness, pet incident, or other damage renders a vehicle inoperable or requires detailing, a non-refundable minimum $395.00 cleaning/detailing fee will be charged to the card on file. Additional charges may apply for lost service time and vehicle downtime.

  11. Farm-Outs / Subcontracting

    LAX Town Car Services may subcontract trips to trusted, CPUC-licensed and fully insured partners as needed.

  12. Liability

    We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for lost items left in vehicles. Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  13. Child Car Seat Service

    • Seat belts must be worn at all times.
    • Child seats are the passenger’s responsibility unless pre-arranged.
    • California law requires children under 8 to be secured in the back seat in an appropriate restraint. Children under 2 must ride rear-facing unless 40+ lbs or 40+ inches.
    • Children 8+ or 4′9″+ may use a seat belt in the back seat.

    Important: We do not install car seats. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for correct installation.

    Recommendation: Choose the optional Meet & Greet service to allow time to walk to parking and properly install/inspect the seat. Curbside pickup windows are short and may not allow sufficient time.

  14. Pets & Service Animals

    Small service animals in travel crates may ride at no charge. If the animal must ride outside a crate, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee applies for sedans.

    Large service animals must be crated; SUV bookings are required. If a crate must ride on a seat or the animal must be uncrated, an additional $100.00 fee applies, plus an SUV cleaning fee of $100.00.

    Handlers are solely responsible for the animal’s safety and control. Animals may not enter the front area or interfere with the driver.

    Pickups from airline cargo locations are billed with standard stop/wait or hourly charges.

  15. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
