WOW I am very amazed with this company. I booked a service, because I was in LA, the driver came in a very nice car very brand new smelt like new inside. Also loved that the company is on top of the Covid precautions, I was offered a mask and hand sanitizer, mask not required, but it is offered for your comfort. The driver also had a mask on. There was cold water bottles in the car so amazing!! And I booked this service with a car seat for my 1 year old child, and the driver already had the car seat already set and ready to go! They also have a great software where they send me updates with my driver's status, and I was notified when my driver arrived along with his contact number. The driver was very friendly, and he knew the area very well, and I had an amazing, comfortable ride experience. The company also gave me a very affordable rate! I already booked my next reservation with them. I definitely recommend! Thank you.

LAX Town Car Service is the best car service around! They are super easy to work with and handled all my requests exactly right! Every time I use them they are prompt with text messages and email alerts the driver is in route, he's arrived, etc. I'm never left to wonder, is someone coming- I know someone is coming to get me! But last night they hit it out of the park for me providing spectacular customer service! I arrived early, LAX was crazy packed and rather than make me wait the driver of a fabulous luxurious limousine stuck around to pick me up in this amazing limousine! Talk about customer service!!! Being that our 17-year-old son was going on his own to LAX to be able to get across the country to visit a college, we were quite nervous with everything involved being that he was going alone. However the one thing that already became stress-free was the professionalism of your company. Being that we live in Valencia and we needed my son to be picked up at 3:15 AM to be able to get to the airport at 5 AM and of course as we know you never know what the 405 can be like at any hour... I was worried about being able to find a company that would be willing to do it that I felt secure in his safety with. Thank you so much for showing up on time so that my son Brandon was able to get to the airport with more than enough time. I actually feel badly that you had to get up so early because the 405 was not the usual nightmare that it can be even at that hour. But thank you so much. He told me that the ride was very good. The next time that we need a town car ride down to the airport we will definitely be using you and should I know anybody who also needs a town car I will refer you as well.

Absolutely stellar, top-notch car service! They are one of the most professional organizations out there. I've become a regular client because of their attention to detail, their immediate acknowledgement of my booking with an email confirmation and then they provide continual communication on the day of my service -- who my driver is, his/her picture, what their cell number is, license plate, when my car is en route, when it has arrived, etc. etc. The cars are immaculate and the drivers are always about 15 minutes early. You just cannot ask for better!

Had the best experience with this company! I was flying out to Hawaii with my family our flight was an early flight car was at our house 15 minuets prior to our reserve time driver was very helpful with everything from our luggage to the ride over to lax with our toddlers and making the reservation online was a piece of cake so easy and smooth very easy navigational website.... driver was also helping us track our flight so we knew if there was any delays waiting for us when we arrived at the airport!!!! Arman and LAX Town Car Services made my LAX experience so easy I thought it was too good to be true. Walked out of the terminal and he was standing there, no wait. The car was perfectly clean and we had a smooth and easy ride home. We were so happy with this service. Disney screwed up our shuttle transportation and we had to figure out transportation last minute. We used LAX Town Car Services for round-trip transportation from LAX to Disneyland Resort and back. We found LAX Town Car Services via Google amidst a myriad of other options, and chose them because of their competitive rates and expedient response to our inquiries. Our driver was awaiting for us as promised when we arrived at the LAX baggage claim, and was very quick to greet us and help us with our bags. Once to our car, he had cold water bottles waiting on us, and the car seats we needed in the vehicle. The car itself was clean and very presentable, and accommodated our oversized luggage nicely. We had considered renting a bigger vehicle as we had three large suitcases and a stroller, but we were assured our luggage would fit in the Town Car, and indeed it did! Our driver was very professional and courteous the entire drive; and he was an extremely safe driver. Not once did we feel uncomfortable or unsafe...we were able to relax and 'be a family' as we rode to Disneyland. Our return to the airport was just as effortless. Our driver was ready for us when we walked out the door of Disney's Grand California Resort and our ride to the airport was equally as nice. We will definitely use LAX Town Car Services again...and recommend them to anyone else looking for an efficient, care-free, safe journey in the greater LA area.

I used LAX Town Car Service to pick up my elderly parents up at the airport late last night and they were very pleased. They said the driver was very polite and attentive, helped with their baggage and let them wait at the curb while he ran to get the car so they would not have to walk so far. They said the car was very comfortable and very clean. I loved the automated email updates and the driver called me to let me know as soon as he had met my parents in the baggage claim! This is very professional service! I highly recommend it and will definitely use it again in the future.
